Lord that looks good...Baked eggs with haloumi - I didn't make it, but it was delicious.
And that too!...Steak, roast pumpkin, tomato and avocado salad with 'rice plus' which is a mixture of rices, sesame seeds, quinoa, and barley.
Come and feed me. I've been WAY too busy to cook anything these days, let alone anything spectacular or photo worthy. But I did drink a hell of a lot of craft beer. Does that count?

I make herb 'infused' butter all the time and every time I think about making the butter as well.
How did you 'churn' it? A food processor?0 -
Made myself a tiramisu 'parfait' as a snack :drinker:
Simply a 'spoon biscuit' (having no clue of how to call those in english) dipped in an espresso shot, greek yogurt mixed with a dash of sugar, a couple of raspberries, another spoon biscuit topped of with the rest of the sweetened yogurt~ edit: and a quarter of a teaspoon cocoa powder on the top :smooched:
Better image of the layers.

Yup! Super easy too.
The higher quality the cream (and the less pasteurized) the better your butter will taste. 0 -

Gosh, you're welcome :blushing: ! Even though the greek yogurt isn't as rich as mascarpone is (I reckon you could, if it still is too liquid for your taste, thicken it out with a cheese cloth or a simple paper towel), the outcome still is very satisfying and light tasting
Just as a tip, be sure to make it INTO something (like a large coffee cup) as it probably wouldn't hold its shape properly otherwise and err... would yield a (delicious) puddle
