hey, i wasn't sure if the question was directed at me, but all the ingredients can be found in my diary
the meat is a tri-tip roast, seasoned with any good steak dry rub, cooked until 150 to 160 degrees depending on wellness preference
then just soak some carved slices with your favorite bbq sauce and serve up in your favorite roll0 -
4 pan fried tofu steaks on a bed of stir fried enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts with spicy sesame sauce and green onions to taste.
Vegan, gluten free waffles with a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle maple syrup and assorted fruits. Pre-run breakfasts.
Midnight snack! GF, vegan flax&fiber bread with coconut oil in place of butter and cherry tomatoes with some cracked black pepper
Post-run lunch. Natural PB, toast, avo, and mango.

More baking! XD (well, while I'm at my mum's house, why not? :P)
Very thin chocolate and peanut butter cheesecake (I didn't measure anything, but it has a large spoon of pb, 4 heaped spoons of milo, half a cup of cream, 250 g cream cheese, 1/2 c sour cream, 1/2 c cocoa flour. licked the back of the spoon many times and divided the cake into 8 servings. Don't want to have any of the actual cake lol)
Made the Betty Crocker strawberry and cream cake as cupcakes and using almost a whole can of sprite zero. Managed to make 30 cupcakes from the whole box, with each cupcake working out to be around 90 calories (with icing!), or 77 without icing. Surprisingly, they were a hit with everyone in the house!
Peanut butter cookies (I just used a traditional recipe, but addition of vanilla really made a difference)
Chocolate and peanut butter no bake oat cookies (got recipe from Big Oven and used natvia and skim milk but each serving was still 140 cals)

Bump! I'll post pics soon - I am inspired by some of your beautiful food photography. I'll have to see if I can take a nice pic of my meatloaf tonight... something tells me this will not be as easy as taking a beautiful salad photo0
