Dark chocolate protein cake.. without any flour, sugar, butter or dairy. BUT it taste AWESOME!

    For each piece: 243 calories

    25 carbs
    7 fat
    21 protein
    4 fiber

Nice...can you share the recipe. I haven't quite perfected the protein cake thing yet...the texture never turns out quite right.

    This

The recipe has been shared already.

And for the love of all things chocolate, please quit quoting the images.

With who? I have been reading the whole thread and have yet to see the recipe.

I shouldn't look at this thread when I'm hungry!

A few of my recent meals. I follow Weight Watchers Propoints UK as well as logging my food on here. Yesterday's main meal was a cheesy turkey & vegetable pasta bake with a low fat garlic bread slice and side salad.

Today's breakfast wasn't exciting but was tasty: crispbread with reduced fat red pepper & chilli houmous & cucumber:

And lunch, Homemade Spicy Lentil & Butternut Squash Soup with bread. I don't usually eat white bread but the stepkids stay at the weekend and they won't eat anything else.

If these post huge, I apologise.

    The whole thread.
Again, the cake recipe is based off this: http://healthyindulgences.net/2009/05/healthy-chocolate-cake-with-a-secret/

Try the original one 1st, then other variations.

For mine I used dates and honey instead of stevia and I added stevia sweetened whey protein.

I also used 90% cocoa dark chocolate instead of butter.
