    Adding to the food porn!

    Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls:

I love pumpkin stuff! Would you be willing to share the recipe?

Sure thing! Only adaptation I made to this was to add crushed walnuts to the filling: http://kneadtocook.com/low-fat-pumpkin-cinnamon-rolls-with-pumpkin-spice-glaze/

HardDon - that banana protein ice cream looks awesome. Should I assume it's a variation on Vegan Soft Serve?

Kynagrl - It's not really a "recipe" per se. I use prepared lentil soup, add in loads of madras masala spices (http://arvindas.com/blends-cooking.htm), spinach or kale, and tomatoes and heat through until the greens are wilted. Then I crack in an egg and cover until cooked through. Pretty easy and amazingly filling.
But I burn the roof of my mouth every time because I never wait for it to cool... :grumble:

Do some of these meals look massive to anyone else or am I doing something wrong myself by eating small meals ?

I basically have cereal for breakfast, spinash salad with either Gurnard or chicken on the top for lunch and dinner, sometimes I come up with an alternative

The protein ice cream took 2 mins to prepare. I used:

    3 frozen bananas
    2 scoops whey
2 tbsp dark chocolate almond spread (or nutella)
1/4 cup almond coconut milk (or any milk)

process in food processor for 1 min and it's ready to eat.

For topping I used chocolate syrup, coco powder and roasted slivered sliced almonds.

You've lost loads of weight, why would you think you are doing something wrong?

If you are on a VLCD and are happy eating the same things every day then I'm not going to tell you that you are doing it wrong.

However, some of the people on this thread aren't trying to lose weight, some are trying to put weight on. Others, like me are lifting heavy, and can get away with eating a bit more even though we are losing weight.

There isn't a one size fits all in this thread, or on this site.
