The more you eat, the more you burn? Why is it anorexic people are so skinny? LOL Also, I've had a few cocktails this month, maybe that is a contributing factor??

Yeah, I usually only watched the calories and carbs but when it's in "the red" looking at you that you've gone over, I figured it must be good for something to watch that fat. That quesadilla sounds pretty good though. The tortillas are only 80 cals each. I could have two and use less cheese. Thanks!

Me too!! It's horrible. You think "just a little handful of crackers", but no, it's bad for you. Try some sugar-free mints on your night stand, that helps me.

Limiting sugar is essential to my weight loss. Try getting most of your carbs from leafy greens. They make a lot of low-carb foods that are pretty tasty too.
