Here are my results :) SK-59 PJ-53 PK-86 PJ-43 GJ-14 SJ-18 PUJ-31 LP-33 I didn't think it was too too bad, right now I'm starting to get a little cold so I really can't wait for it to pass! I'm really excited for this group though I really think it will help with accountability :)

I drink lean shakes for breakfast and I really like them, only 170 calories and 25 grams of protein and they keep me full!! I drink the strawberries and cream and vanilla bean ones

No just make sure to count the calories you are consuming!! Also, watermelon has a ton of water in it so it will help keep you hydrated :)

Many people have already said this, but if your hips aren't constructed that way it may be an unrealistic goal because you could workout your absolute hardest and still not obtain it, make sure that you don't set yourself up for failure especially since that's 100% out of your control! I do the same thing on the calendar in my room I write down my workout and when I skip a couple days and look back I'm upset with myself…

I usually attend workout classes like kickboxing or pump and then using my HRM I see how many calories I have burned, and use that to determine what else to do. So I don't actually plan my workouts I just decide how many calories I'd like to burn for the day.
