i start work on Sat and i am also worried about working 40hrs and taking care of the kids, and finding time to work out. i hope i could figure it all out

i had 2 c-sections also one 3 1/2 yrs ago and one 3 months ago. i am also trying to work on my tummy, if anyone has tips please let me know

i use Morton lite salt when i cook, and as far as beans i cook a big pot, and then store it in containers in the freezer. when they defrost they taste fresh, like if you just cooked them.

i would like to join. I had my baby girl on 11/2/10 by c-section. ive been working out for about a month but not too intense because my incision is still tender. I hope to loose 34 more pounds.

hello, i am a mother of a 3 1/2 yr old and a 3 month old. both were c-section :( so i know what u mean about a changed body lol. i have been working out for alomost 1 month, and it has helped my tummy a little.

i totally know what you mean, i manage a restaurant, and between never having time to eat, and all the bad choices it could be overwhelming. i try to prepare snacks for myself the day before, and i pack my own lunch, if i dont do this i know i will end up eating something that is not good for me.

hey, i know exactly what you mean. i have a 3 yr old and a baby thats 2 1/2 months....... oh and the big baby my hubby lol. My boss is my baby girl i could only work out when she lets me, and she has me on a short leash . I hope to loose 36 more lbs.

i feel the same way when i do something for myself, i think for me its that im so used to being mommy that its weird to be away from them.
