Sometimes I put some light cranberry juice in my water. So if I have a jug of water say 3 liter jug, i drink some and add a 1/2 cup of juice, which is 20 calories. Enjoy!:drinker:

I too have 100 plus pounds to lose. I started a month ago and have lost 14.8 pds. I tend to spread out my meals, Track everything and walk. Start slow and try to walk at the min. 1 hr, speed is not the object.

I read if you are eating right ( healthy food) you will lose fat, not just water weight. Keep up the great work!
