I am still with the new Freestyle plan - I am using it to compare macros that you can adjust here. I don't agree that the food are "free" I am such a believer in if you bite it, write it. I will most likely make a transition to here by the month's end.

Are you putting in your exercise? If you are, stop. Don't eat your hard work. Pick up some weights while at the gym. Watch the macros not calories.

Yes, these seem to be accurate! I am working with a trainer that has be logging on MFP. He says to keep tabs on Carbs/Fat/Protein and not go over or under more than 5 grams. So far my 1st week I have lost 4 pounds. You can do this!!

How much water are you taking in? Water is the key when trying to lose. I do not suggest eating back your exercise calories, maybe only about 1/2. Also remember muscles weigh's more than fat.
