I agree! What I just tried worked, so I will pass it along. When I am on the treadmill, I sometimes want to stop before the time is up. I printed out a copy of my weight loss banner and laminated it. I then tape it to the treadmill so I can see how my hard work is paying off; this keeps me moving! Not sure if it will work…

You can buy some weights to lift at home or even take a full laundry detergent container or something similar to lift! Stay with it as you have done an amazing job so far!

Wheat germ! I put it into my morning shake, add it to yogurt, or sprinkle it on veggies, etc. It keeps me full and not craving sweets!

Here is something I did once - between each vodka and diet coke just have a plain diet coke!

One thing that I have changed is that I no longer "sip" my wine while I cook. I wait till I am seated to eat to enjoy my glass or two of wine!

When I want to snack at night I pick a drawer or cabinet to clean instead! That way I get something done and then I forget about the food!
