Hi I have found it hard to keep track of just how much water I drinking. So, I came up with this and thought I would share! I use a refillable bottle and put 4 colored rubber bands around it. Each time I empty it I put one of the bands around my wrist. Once all the bands are gone I know that I have met my target! Hope this…
Okay, here I go! I am not very good at sticking to diets or exercise but I am giving it another go! 55 and would love to lose at least 24 pounds. I read about this site in a magazine at the airport so it's time to do it! Wish me luck!
