Staying hydrated

Hi

I have found it hard to keep track of just how much water I drinking.
So, I came up with this and thought I would share!

I use a refillable bottle and put 4 colored rubber bands around it. Each time I empty it I put one of the bands around my wrist. Once all the bands are gone I know that I have met my target!

    I just keep my refillable water very close to me and every time I see it I take a sip or two and refill it if empty.

    If water is boring to you, add a little lemon juice or do the same with sparkling. Or even tea!

    Theres a smartphone app thatll go off and remind you that you need to drink

    That's a good idea, another would be to buy a 1 litre water bottle and refill it once to get your 2 litres
