I had takeaway everyday this week. Its so hard to break the cycle when i start. Just knocking back progress. Its such a terrible feeling :(

I weigh myself every morning. Its slightly obsessive but it keeps me sane / motivates me

I'd treat myself. Nutella with breadsticks or 2 scoops of icecream or a pizza! Its hard to eat 500 calories worth of healthy food unless its nuts.
