140 prisoner siff squats done! I really liked this one. Felt it in the thighs and calves.

Whew! Had to do a modified version... not all the way to the floor, but down to a bench positioned behind me. Didn't think I could do them all, but I did. Yippee!

Couldn't get the jump, so I did regular squats. Day 11 is done.

Day 7 done! 4 sets of 20 (2 sets on each side).

Day 6 done: 3 sets of 25... Whew!

Done with my curtsy squats. Did 70 on each side because I didn't realize that we could do 35 for each leg to total 70. Does that mean I only have to do 5 tomorrow? :wink:

Day 3 done! Didn't do the prisoner squats, though, since I didn't check here until after finishing. From now on, I'll make sure I check the message board each day before doing my squats.

Day 2 done. 55 squats... whew!

Whew! Did my 50. Felt good! But afterwards, my legs were a little wobbly going down the stairs. Thank God for handrails! LOL!
