how about a less strenuous workout session? And if that still makes you feel queasy then take a rest day the following and work on being more active like walking more throughout the day!

WOW!! So gonna try this when I get an oven!! thanks for sharing <3

WOW!!!

You could try this: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ But ultimately I'd say experiment with it! See how your energy levels are like, hunger levels, how you feel etc! Also, I'd go with higher cals first, and reduce gradually if it is not working! Give about a month for each caloric level! Since you're pretty…

From what I know, weight loss is all about calories, and unless you have any medical condition and/or allergies, you don't have to restrict any foods. Yes high protein is definitely good, but that doesn't mean you can't have some fruit. as long as it fits your caloric goal!
-
find something else to get rid of the stress: working out, calling a friend, writing it out, punching a pillow, scream, whatever. Don't have bad foods at home that you can binge on, if you want to, eat veg and fruits instead. Don't stop logging no matter what. Make yourself aware how much you're eating.

because I'm worth it. And sadly I am too concerned about how I look, and my mood depends a lot on how fat I feel. I wanna be happy, more confident and more comfortable with myself again.

firstly, you DON'T NEED to lose weight RAPIDLY to get your boob size down! It doesn't matter how fast you lose. How much you'd lose depends on the make up of your breast tissues, ie how much of it is fat tissue. As you lose fat you'll lose some of your boobs!

give them away! Neighbours, the homeless.... freeze them!
-
thermal flask with ice cold water to cool you down during your workout? blast your fan? open the windows for better air circulation? I feel you I'm in a really hot country too and I end my workouts dripping wet!
-
focus on weekly goal instead of daily! Allows you to be more flexible :D
-
technical: Moderate calorie deficit and focus on weekly goal instead of daily attitude: patience and positivity if you don't have much to lose: inches matter more than weight
-
Out of sight, out of mind! If it's there I WILL eat it ): I'd trash it/give it to neighbours (or at least share)/give it to the homeless/stick motivational pics on it or the cupboard that holds it to remind yourself to stay focussed!

JUST WOW!!!! Amazing transformation! So inspiring :D GO YOU!!! Have a beautiful birthday x

HAHA ME TOO :x

Sugar makes you crave more sugar. Sometimes it's hard to break the junk food fest because it just leads you wanting more, hence the initial stage of going cold turkey to reduce cravings. Then it'd be easier to practice moderation with sweets/junk when you try to add them back into your diet.
-
Also, just remind yourself. It is a measly amount of time compared to 24hours in a day. Surely you could just make yourself get it done? Once you get used to it, it'll get better! And you will find that you are fitter and better at going through your daily activities since you're stronger :) And yes explore and find one…

Reason why I feel like people should just stay hush if they don't know much about the issue/have no experience of it. Call me sensitive or defensive but snarky judgements are really unnecessary. If you're curious of what emotional eating is, google it, or ask. No need to be all sarcastic or judgy.

you could try using oil to cook? what about some meat when they're on sale? peanut butter? nuts and seeds? avocado/guacamole, hummus with raw veggies? tofu? protein powder? Don't know the prices of things over there so just some suggestions!

thanks for sharing!!

OP, I find this is good advice. What you mentioned about how you lost weight in the past is through restricting calories severely and hence you should be focusing on resetting your metabolism now!! I have been there eating less than 1000cals a day and lost, but then found that I gain so easily!! Then after a few months of…

I wished I could stop counting calories lol I can no longer see food without seeing calories... Agree with the rest that it is not a necessity if you can eat til satisfaction and not full full! Though it MIGHT come in handy if you're looking to lose those last few pounds!

mayo liver celery bell peppers (unless they are cooked in soup for hours til you can hardly taste it) oatmeal raisins jam (too sweet) plain milk onion/garlic/ginger bacon fish/meat skin greasy/oily stuff (i like my food dry and clean, i love tough fatless meat, though i'm fine with sweets and pastries :/) things that i…

THIS! Reason why I almost don't weigh. As long as you haven't gained inches/feel like your clothes are getting too tight for comfort, then I'm sure you're on the right track!! Also, did you start a new workout routine/upped your cals? Your muscles retain water to repair themselves! 2-3weeks is too short to judge! at least…

At the peak of my binge eating, at least 10000cals of junk per day without exercise. No inhibitions. Boxes and tubs and loaves and packets and bars and cones.. There were no portion sizes, everything has to consumed whole. Crazy amount of sweets til I get sick and then I have multiple sandwiches then crisps for savoury…

Not a food, but I miss seeing food as just food and not calories...

Take the time to read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/974888-in-place-of-a-road-map-2k13 Then set to do this with a reasonable, sustainable, moderate deficit. You'll have to keep up and maintain whatever you're doing to maintain your weight loss, be patient!!! I'd say aim for 8-10lbs, that's already a lot for…

Confidence might not be the prime factor for consideration for someone to be attracted to another. But I'd imagine it being tough and tiring BEING with someone with no confidence or lack of self esteem. Also agree with previous poster that confidence and being conceited is very very different!
