Are you weighing in at a different time of day? I don't think it would be the water. Maybe trying to step up your exercise program. I really like Leslie Sansone--- Walk Away the Pounds!!! I hurt my knees doing slim in 6 about 3 years ago and just got back into exercising again. There are many different videos and she goes from 1 to 5 mile workouts. They can include strength training as well. She has been a wellness instructor for over 25 years.
