I haven't had any problems like that and I upload everyday sometimes more than once. Maybe you should send them an e-mail and tell them you think your armband may be defective and ask for it to be replaced.

If you have limited time to workout I would recommend 20 to 30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) 3 times a week. You will love the results.
