  • Awesome. I think that making sure that you never went hungry was a very smart strategy. It's the people who try to starve themselves that quit and end up devouring an entire pizza. Been there done that.
  • Too many to mention =( Beer and pizza are the biggest challenges. Resisting doughnuts and salty snacks is tough also.
  • If you're talking about the low Glycemic Index diet then I have. Thats basically what I do although I watch my calories also. I tend to lose much more weight this way although studies have shown that people will lose weight if they burn more calories than they consume regardless of the type of foods they eat.
