LOL I get what you mean. I think it has more to do with motvation. If they are motivated enough to do it - if they WANT it badly enough - they will do it. No questions asked. :)

I don't know so much about wraps, other than it helps you lose water weight by making you dehydrated (which is why they will tell you to drink so much water). It helps with the number on the scale, but not with the % of fat in your body. Only YOU can do that with eating good, clean, whole foods and exercising.

Try switching things up a bit. For example, you could eat the majority of your simple carbs (like pasta and bread and such) in the beginning half of the day, and keep your evenings for mostly proteins and veggies. If your weight (and measurements) isn't changing, then you have to try something different. Just a thought.

Nutrition is about 80% of what your results are going to be. You'll find a lot of people here on MFP saying "calories in, calories out". My appetite does increase during my cycle, but I do workout during it - even when I don't want to - I ALWAYS feel better after I workout. But if you feel sick, maybe you should do a less intense workout - so you're still moving, but just not so much that you get sick afterwards.

I would go walking over elliptical, but that's just for me because my heart rate does not go up as much on the elliptical as it does for me walking. But everyone is different.

I aim for around 300-400 calories burned a day during my workout.

T25 kicks my butt every day. Some days I feel like I want to add in an upper body exercise, but I haven't yet. I've lost 5 lbs and 9.5" in the past 2.5 weeks - it's definitely working!

I've tried to get into the 30DS, but I just couldn't. The same thing pretty much every day was sort of boring for me. But not everyone is the same, and I'm sure you will get results if you stick with it. :)

I think so. When I give blood in the morning, it takes me pretty much the rest of the day to recover, but I'm okay after that. But I would suggest talking with someone, like your doctor, or even call up the blood bank and ask their opinion.
