Trouble Losing

I've posted here before regarding this topic but I wanted your opinions. For the most part, I eat pretty clean. A couple times a week I'll have a little treat, but I always stay within my calories. I measure and weigh everything I eat to a "t" with the food scales I have. For breakfast I usually eat cereal( I need something quick) or an egg...for lunch I usually have baked boneless/skinless chicken, fruit and greek yogurt. When I get home I usually have a snack like a luna bar or kashi bar. Dinner consists of a protein and someimtes a pasta depending what i have in the house. So for the most part I stay away from processed foods. I always put everything in my diary, I never leave anything out. Some saturdays I don't get a change to log everything only bc I go to dinner with my family and I don't always know the nutrition stats. I don't think one day would ruin a weight loss week. Any one have any other suggestions?

I looked at your diary and it looks to me like you're eating ok. I don't think, even if you overeat, once a week that it would cause you to gain weight. It maybe hindering your progress a bit though. Try to work out more the day after (or the day before) if you are going out with family.0

If you're following your calories exactly and you are really accurate with it, then the reason you probably aren't losing weight is probably because your calorie defecit isn't set up properly.

I notice last Saturday you put in quick added calories, and you either eat close to daily calories and sometimes go over. Yes, every weekend of overeating or not knowing how much you ate can stall weight loss because it often puts a person over their weekly calorie allotment.
Chances are you are eating more than you think you are, thus your trouble losing weight.0 -
Thank you for the feedback.0

Try switching things up a bit. For example, you could eat the majority of your simple carbs (like pasta and bread and such) in the beginning half of the day, and keep your evenings for mostly proteins and veggies. If your weight (and measurements) isn't changing, then you have to try something different. Just a thought.0

Although one meal shouldn't ruin the week you may not be creating a deficit. You're probably breaking even so you're not losing and not gaining.
Are you sure you're logging everything accurately? I don't see condiments, oils, margarine etc. How do you prepare your meals? Are you using cooking sprays? No coffee or tea or any other drinks that might have calories? You seem to be eating really well and that's half the battle! Just be careful about disregarding things that might seem like very few calories because they can add up. Also, there are a lot of inaccuracies in the MFP database so make sure to compare the item you selected in the database against the packaging.0
