Ok so i went to your food diary..Follow the following directions on your own page and you can divide it into how many portions you had in your current dish. Go to my food tab, then recipies tab, then Enter new recipe.. Then entered all ingredients in full, then enter the serving amout and it breaks it compdown completly…

Never even heard of this before this post. Was looking for a quick and easy breakfast, and i think i found it!..Thanks gonna give this a try. Like some other users said i am not sure about cold oatmeal thou. Worth trying it!
