well my weigh in isnt until friday and i'm really hoping to lose some weight cause i've been stuck on a plateau for almost a month, it's so frustrating!!!!

I had Joanna's recipe for Chicken Feta Roll-ups execpt i did them with turkey. And with it I had a cup of couscous and some brocolli. Desert was a fat free chocolate pudding. :smile:

About the tuna: I asked a question about protein yesterday and it seems that MFP estimate for protein is pretty low (15%) whereas most people recommend around 20%-25%. Maybe have your set amount of milk in one bowl and your cereal in another and then place small amounts of the cereal in the milk at a time and once you've finshed what's in the bowl with milk then add some more cereal so that it's not soggy.

Ok, so MFP has put me on a 1,200cal a day with 45g of protein. I'm pretty good about staying within my calorie range but i'm ALWAYS over on my protein. Should I adjust my settings? At the moment they are 55% carbs, 30% fat and 15% protein. What is a sensible percentage to increase the protein by and should it replace carbs…

ok i just posted on the wrong day before lol Well this morning for breakfast I had 2 rice cakes with low fat cream cheese (100 cals) I will eat again in a couple of hours!

2 lbs is unrealistic when you're so close to your goal weight. 2 lbs a week normally only works for people who are quite overweight. 0.5-1lb a week is much more realistic.

I did really well today. I went way over on my calories (by about 300 :noway: ) BUT then I worked it all off and a bit more cause I knew i'd regret it otherwise. SO proud of myself that I turned a potentially bad day into a good one :smile:
