all natural peanut butter with an apple or banana, rice cakes with cream cheese or peanut butter, crackers with cream cheese, PB or salsa, a small amoutn of dark high cocoa chocolate (it's good for you unlike normal chocolate), toast.... hmmmm i'll see if i can think of anymore

well i'm not, but i'm certainly trying. I can only manage my 5 k in 30 minutes but i haven't been doing it too long so hopefully it improves!! Good luck and let us know how it goes! :bigsmile:

Oh and I did weights and the treadmill at the gym yesterday as well as 200 crunches and this morning I did 40 minutes on the treadmill. So it's been a good start to the week!:bigsmile:

you have a lot of really good points but I have to say I disagree woth this one. there is a lot of research which has shown that it makes no difference what time you eat (although obviously it would make a differecne if you only ate one huge meal in the evening and nothing else all day!) My weigh in is normally friday but i did it on saturday and after 5 weeks on a plateau I lost 2 lbs, i was so happy :bigsmile: I also lost an inch from my waist! I hope I can repeat the sucess this week. I will carry on with my normal routine getting to the gym 3-4 times a week. i think i'll weigh in on saturday again…

I cheated yesterday but it was my weekend treat so it was ok. I had 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies and they were yummy :bigsmile: i'll probably burn the extra 250 cals tomorrow but if not then i won't worry too much!
