i do it for the day I actually complete the exercise just because it's easier for me. I guess in the long run as long as you're consistent then it shouldn't matter too much!

little suprises like that are always nice  Enjoy :drinker:

a combination of things for me. Getting too comfortable in a relationship so not worrying about how i looked and eating out of boredom and stress. Also, generally not paying enough attention to food choices.

Couldn't weigh in this morning cause I wasn't home so I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and let you know if i've lost. I hope I…

i think as long as you steer clear of the unhealthy refined sugar then you shouldn't worry too much about the natural sugars coming from fruit etc. I don't worry too much!
-
search egg whites cooked in the food data base
-
I had the same shock when i looked at mine, but since it mainly came from fruits, i'm not worried!

I have to say I completely agree. And i quite like their healthy options like the grilled chicken ceasar salad which is under 300 clas and has around 9g fat which isn't too bad at all and it means i can join my friends when they go!

I was quite pleased when i first started wearing mine, it said i was burning slightly less on the treadmill (normally off by about 50 cals) BUT I was burning way more using the machines than i thought:bigsmile: Quick question for all the clever technical people out there. I have a polar F11, how do I get it to show me how…
