i mix a liquor like malibu with a diet soda for a low calorie long drink. examples are: malibu/vodka/rum and diet coke Passoa (tropical fruit liquor) with diet sprite etc.

i had more of a brunch so I had a sandwich (olive bread) with basil pesto, tomato and mozzerella :bigsmile:

Oh and the other thing to remeber too is that generally a medium in the US is bigger than a medium in Europe (although it depends on which country) I agree witht others though, I'd keep a picture and shop around closer tot he date or have it made.

depends how determined you are, personally i think if you know that you are goign to stick to your healthy eating then get the medium, if nothing else it will be a great motivator. however, if you want to be ont he safe side I guess you could always get the large and have it altered if it is too big!

Hey! Haven't heard from you in a while. things seem to be going well so far. I went runnign outside on sunday and was really proud of myself as I upped the speed ont he treadmill yesterday from 8.0km/h to 9.0km/h and managed 30 minutes :bigsmile: my thighs hurt today though!

so eat different things to him. You can also cook things he likes (like fries or pizza) in a healthy way, there are loads of recipes in the recipe forum which would help you out. i would say lightly active seems about right. I put sedentary but thats because im literally sat in front of a computer for 8 hours a day!!

I forgot to add that as you have very little to lose (and are already in a healthy weight range), it will take much longer fro you to lose the weight. For your weight, you should only have around a 500 calorie a day deficit, not more. Again i suggest you read the following post…
