I'm too lazy to figure it all up, but I'm gonna say its lowered my food cost per week. I used to spend like $30 on fast food a week - that is down to $0 (or $10 last week because I bought 2 subs from subway lol). I buy my meat when its marked down and frozen veggies aren't that expensive.

My ex drinks a 12 pack of natural ice a day....and gets the "beer munchies" and devours more in one sitting than I do in a day. Yet his BMI is a little overweight and mine is way over. :mad:

Kinda, yes. I like to compare, since I'm 5'4 F. Also this helps to meet people of my body type, I want to make friends with similar body type and goals.

I don't have a boyfriend anymore but when I did he ate way more than me, drank a 12 pack of beer a day, and still managed to stay at 212lbs at 6'3. I'm 5'4 and weigh 197lbs :( he's a little chubby but I'm just pain fat.

Try their peanut butter, you will be offended in so many ways possible its not even funny. I had their peanut butter today and never again, my dogs wouldn't even eat that **** and they eat everything that is food. Walden Farms is not food, its a bad science experiment.

Like someone else said in your other thread, don't beat yourself up over it. You're gonna have to give into cravings sometime, otherwise dieting just isn't going to work. Hasn't been a full 2 weeks for me but getting really close and I've lost about that much too. The lbs are melting off just by changing my diet! I went from full out garbage to eating at a calorie deficit every day.

I didn't file city taxes last year. Yeah, now I'm going to court tomorrow. Big offense there. City taxes are deducted from my wages weekly so its not like I did something soooo bad.

Try a couple of eggs along side some toast and a banana. Eggs are low in calories and keep you full - talking from experience. I'm actually tired of eggs now though so I'm switching to oatmeal...anyone got any suggestions what should accompany my oatmeal?

I'm not on a diet, so it's not cheating to me. I'm changing my lifestyle. In my new lifestyle I only have one big, unhealthy meal one day a week. That day is Wednesday. This week I'm having deep fried french fries....something I miss so much. Can't wait until Wednesday!

Try no carbs + watching calories, also lots of exercise. No carbs will help you lose weight fast!

I log daily, although occasionally I use the quick calorie tool too. I try to keep everything logged without using that, though.
