Help I'm new and my netball uniform doesn't fit!

Hi all
Well Iv just joined up because I need to loose at least 5kg in the next six weeks. I play comp netball and the season starts on the 16th of march and Iv put on about 10kg since last season. So when I went to sign up on Saturday I thought I better try my uniform on to make sure it fits and I don't need a new one annndddddd it is crazy tight. I can't afford another one ($130!)
So what would be the best way for me to get the min 5kg off fastish Iv never really lost weight before so I need loads of help.

Try no carbs + watching calories, also lots of exercise. No carbs will help you lose weight fast!0

Depending on how much you have to lose in total, losing 10ish pounds in your first month generally isn't too hard if you eat at a correct deficit and exercise a bit. Both times I have started my weight loss journey I have lost 10 pounds my first month. A lot of it is water weight that you lose so that comes off pretty fast, then a little bit of fat (some muscle, how much depends on if you lift, and how much deficit you have)0

Make sure you drink PLENTY of water so your body doesn't retain as much water. Also cut back on calories by using the tracker and exercise! You could do something like the 30 day shred to lose inches quickly and as another motivation.0
