Walking might help .. do you have a treadmill? Do as I say and NOT as I do because I have a treadmill and rarely use it yet I have a belly to lose too. :) Seriously though .. I hear that walking and cutting back on bad fats will help the belly area. Now I'm off to dust off my treadmill and hang my coat up somewhere else.…

I ate 800 or less when I was a senior in high school .. lost 35 pounds in 2.5 months. I cheated one day a week and had a Whopper with cheese and small fries on Friday. I have both and hate the Eliptical -- I call it the DEVIL -- because it's hard on my knees. That's weird too .. because I don't have any problems with my knees .. until I get on that machine. Definitely go with the treadmill ... so much easier on knees and addictive! :) -- Best of luck!
