Look in my purse at the photo of me at my heaviest (47kg ago) and at the start of this journey (22.5kg ago)..... OR i look at the options and get the lowest calorie... or BYO.

Sadly my stretch marks were pre pregnancy from when i hit my heaviest weight (47kgs larger than i am now!!! and i was lighter at 41 weeks pregnant),They do fade and becoem feint silvery lines though... I will just keep a shirt over mine :)

As a 30 year old who has had 3 confirmed and 1 suspected skin cancer removed... I do not think sunbathing should be encouraged! I never sunbathed, mine were all from incidental sun exposure as a teenager (Gotta Love Australia!) Well done on your loss

^^ I am an e,ptional eater, After a particular dreadful day all i wanted was 1-2 family blocks of white chocolate.... Instead i got on teh exercise bike for 30 minutes.... worked so well!

I have it, I love it. Just keep in mind it is not pasta, and don't expect it to taste like it! If you don't expect a pasta taste it's not too bad with tomato pesto, or spag bol sauce :)

Do you have a yard? is it possible to grow food? Tinned tuna is spring water is cheap, healthy and high protein, add soem to rice with some other frozen vege quick cheap easy dinner/lunch/

Measure your quantities, i was shocked at how little 25g of cheese was! ha ha! (I am a cheese addict!!). You def need the cals while breast feeding. While salads are great when you are aiming for 1800 that is a LOT of lettuce, carrot and tomato! Get teh banana, pears, nuts and cheese :)

Eat more calorie dense foods - nuts, dried fruits. pasta, greek yogurt (i add a little honey sometimes when i need more calories), cheese sticks. boil up some eggs Make a lunch box the night before? I know with breast feeding (mine fed every 1.5 hours even when on solids!!!!) i needed easy one handed snacks and having them…

Yep, my original goal was 20kg, I got that and re-evaluated to 25 kg, I am over half way there and already have the voice in my head saying that is only just the higher limit of healthy bmi... lets keep going another couple..
