Went to Denmark for two weeks with my family and ate a lot of crisps, ice cream etc. but still managed to stay the same weight! That never happened before! I think it is because I tried to limit my portions and because I walked around a lot. The sea was also really nice to swim in :smile:

I've lost 15 lbs (still a lot more to go) but I feel already much more energetic! My skin and hair also glow much more. The one thing I don't like is freezing, but I own a lot of sweaters so that's not a big problem

Even though I have a whole pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream in my freezer, I am now able to resist eating it all in one go :smiley: I'm already satisfied with like 1/4th or 1/5th of a pint. That is a huge improvement because I would normally just eat it all if I was not feeling well (huge emotional eater here)

I bought new jeans 2 weeks ago and they were really tight, but now they are already getting quite loose. Maybe I should buy a belt, because buying new pants all the time will get a bit expensive ;)
