    Successes/struggles this week: After taking some pictures last week, I decided that I really need to incorporate some strength training and start tightening things up. My biggest problem areas are my thighs, butt, and back (bra fat). I'm starting with squats, planks, and working with resistance bands and an exercise ball. I'm taking before pictures today and hanging them up so I don't forget what the back of me really looks like. If that's not motivating, I don't know what would be.

    Successes/struggles this week: I actually lost weight between the end of April's challenge and the start of May's challenge. I lost 2.4lbs between April 29th and today. So, I am hoping have great success for April's challenge as well. Good luck everyone!!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I gained a little back over the past couple days. My diet is much worse and I haven't been logging. I think not exercising really impacts my motivation and mood. I'm hoping to at least do some slow resistance exercises this week. Anything strenuous is out until I'm not coughing so much.

    Hi, I hope its Ok for me to pop on in, I have jumped back onto MFP after a long break, I have hit a snag in my weightloss and I need to get really dedicated to get past this particular weight I just can't seem to get past.

    Our school holidays have just finished and my kiddos have just gone back to school today, I had not made it to the gym for 2.5 weeks (single parent), so I went this morning. Feel so pleased to be back. But was bummed to have gained 2.5kgs over those two weeks. I know those will come off easily. But its a pity. Anyway, back on it.

    I'm in! What a great way to stay accountable! I am happy to say I've lost nearly 100 lbs using this app, but over the maintaining years, about 30 have found themselves back on, I'm ready to get back to my REAL self again! :)
