It went good I did some cardio and core exercises. I planked for the first time ever and it was hard! I was way under my calorie goal and even avoided eating a ton of sweets that my DD and DH were eating in front of me.

My long term goal is 15-20 lbs. I'd like to lose at least 5 in the next month. I decided i need to eat better and exercise every day and thats where i need the most help and encouragement. I feel like i cant lose this weight or get my stomach back so i give up after a week of no progress.

I would like to lose all my weight from pre-pregnancy (Birth control caused a huge gain) and pregnancy to get down to 115. I have 18 lbs to get there.
