  • I know this sounds silly but Ghetto Superstar by rapper Pras from the late 1990's. Loved that song when I was a teenager and when I hear it, it makes me think of the days when I was thin. Great motivation for me.
  • When its that time of the month, I try to plan smaller meals so I more calories for snacking.
