I would personally feel terrible if I did that. I'd be really lightheaded by dinner if I haven't eaten. Why not just order within your calories? Or you know treat yourself. One bad meal won't make you fat; just like one salad won't make you thin.

I log it when we walk. Gwen (the dog in the picture) currently has a hurt foot and bandages so can't really go on walks. Gilbert our Walker Hound Mix HATES cold so refuses to walk right now.

Dry Shampoo I like LIke lulu Organics and Paul Mitchell Express Dry Wash. I wash my hair once a week. Put the dry shampoo in the night; that way in the morning it's all nice and rubbed in.

Don't eat salad if you don't like it. But there are a ton of kinds of lettuce. Do you not like ALL lettuce? You don't like ANY of these?
