It wouldn't be so bad if he didn't hound everything as fact and explained that all of the weight loss segments simply demonstrate different methods to do so. But you can't be all EVERYONE ONLY DRINK ALMOND MILK DAIRY MAKES YOU FAT one episode then EVERYONE DRINK COW'S MILK BECAUSE IT MAKES YOU SKINNY the next.

I agree with the Target bras. I'm smaller than you, 32DD, but I find getting the medium impacts in a small works well for me. The high impact bras there go by cup size too. They dont carry 32 anything, so I can't tell you if they're effective, but it's worth trying on. All of them are under $50. I also almost always work…

Yes. The math and accessibility of calorie counting and mfp have made it so much easier for me to lose weight than I ever thought possible. That being said, I'm glad you've found a system that works for you and peace of mind! This should be a tool, not something that stresses you out :)

My binge days tend to be between 1800-2000 calories.

Portion size! I actually measure serving sizes. Also my cheese, salt, and sugar intake (I always go over on sugar, but it was EXTREMELY ugly when I first started, which isn't good because diabetes runs in my family). And more often now I'll go for organic and natural over low fat. Just how much organic and all natural…

A really good pasta! Shredded leftover Christmas turkey, wheat penne, sun dried tomatoes, minced garlic, parsley, a little lemon juice, and a dash of olive oil. The original recipe calls for tuna, but fish is never very work friendly.

I do egg white omelets (typically with those little cartons of all egg whites, but if I have to use a whole egg, I'll save the yolks and plan on making Rocco DiSpirito's spaghetti a la carbonara... so delicious) mostly to save on calories but I also benefit from the lower cholesterol, as diabetes and heart disease run in…

I'm 5'2.75 35x27x37.5 , so I'd say we are fairly close. I don't see myself as overweight, so I wouldn't think you are either :)

I'm not on a high protein diet myself, so I'm not expert; but beans, chickpeas/hummus, and nuts are good sources of protein, as well as [organic/non gmo] tofu. I agree with the above suggestions of playing around with different marinades and seasonings. Pinterest is always a good source for trying to add variety to the…

Oatmeal, store brand wheat pastas, brown rice, and Jennie-O ground meats are your best friends. Also, coupons.com.

When I go out I scan meus for Skinny Margaritas (you may be able to ask if the bartender can make a margarita of just tequila, lime, and agave or simple syrup?) and Skinny Mojitos, on the rare occasion Skinny Long Islands, but I'm not huge on getting crunk. If it's a house party or just get together, I'll buy Mike's Lite…

I agree whole heartedly! The product placement is ridiculous, and all the articles are extremely subjective and headstrong that that method is the only right one, which confuses noobs.

when I first got serious about working out, I tried so hard to find anyone who would go to the gym with me since that's what magazines like SELF recommend when you are trying to go to the gym for the first time. In the end, none of my friends really were interested, so I went by myself. I'm actually really happy that I did…

I'm obsessed with the barcode scanner haha

I used to just order a tall of everything as is. For hot drinks, whatever drink I want, short, soy, no whip. At most my drinks have been 150 cals this way. With cold drinks I'm more careful because I don't have the security blanket of getting a short

At my most diligent I used to do 30 minutes/2 miles 4-5 days a week on the treadmill followed by 15 minutes on the elliptical or stair master (whichever was available at the gym). Now I'm doing 15 minutes/1 mile on the treadmill so that my body can adjust to my newly added 20 minutes of strength training and am hoping by…

Kashi Go Lean Vanilla with vanilla almond milk and fresh blueberries and a coffee with vanilla Silk creamer (didn't realize how much vanilla I ate til I typed this haha)

Typically this is how I structure my day: Breakfast - Coffee with an egg white omelet or whole grain cereal or oatmeal, banana in the cereal if I'm super hungry Lunch - soup or salad, cautious with portion sizes, especially with salad toppings Dinner - 4-6 oz of protein and a veggie, grain, or small salad side Dessert -…

To help me make the treadmill less boring, every quarter of a mile I change my incline :)

We are the same height and same goal! My original goal was 115, but at three lbs away, I don't think that's going to give me the body I'm looking for. I haven't been 110-115 since middle school, so deciding a goal weight was a big guess anyway

I agree. Thev changes will be more drastic, which boosts your self confidence and gives you reassurance

Coffee, cheese (preferably Cabot 50% reduced fat, white), bananas, nuts, whole grain cereal

Oooooo, I've been there before with Applebees. It's appalling what restaurants do to salad.

Wawa 10 oz nonfat pumpkin white hot chocolate. It was about 400 calories. That's my typical lunch intake on a hungry day!

I probably shouldn't, but on day one and sometimes two, I'm ravenous and prone to fainting/dehydration, so I don't work out and I allow myself 1500 cals because that's what myfitnesspal calculates as my maintenance cals. And I try to make sure I have a dark chocolate kiss or a Fiber One brownie in my purse at all times so…
