Ha, okay... that isn't how I do a plank, I just made that description so that people would know what area of the elbow is hurting. Ha. I've done planks many times before, but it hasn't been for a while. Do I keep my elbows turned toward each other or forward... or what?

What is Zumba like? I've been contemplating getting it. I, too, love dancing for cardio and have most of the Yoga Booty Ballet dvds... which aren't too intense. They do get your heart rate up though.

Now, I'm no expert, but in my experience my body has told me when it is time to change. When I need to up the amps, I can tell because what I am currently doing feels normal. Like when I jog on a treadmill, I know I need to increase the speed when I consistently am running into the bar in front of me. So, my advice is just…
