What is the best time of day to step on the scale? What are some recommended intervals for weighing in? I know that this process is going to be gradual, but when should I be checking my progress?

How to log my time at work for exercise?
I stock shelves and put away returns very early in the morning. I'm never working up a sweat, but I try to keep a steady pace to count as exercise. I don't know how to log it in the exercise diary thing.

Jogging outside...
I have been training for my first 5k for a while now, but haven't jogged outside since September. It is on February 23. I live in Minnesota, so it is cold, and I was wondering what I should wear for the weather?
