How to log my time at work for exercise?

I stock shelves and put away returns very early in the morning. I'm never working up a sweat, but I try to keep a steady pace to count as exercise. I don't know how to log it in the exercise diary thing.

If you included that as part of your daily activity level when you set up your MFP account, the I wouldn't log it all all since they set your caloric goals with that level of activity in mind. However, if you choose to log it, I would use a heart rate monitor to track calories burned, and then create your own "exercise" for it.0

Given that MFP uses your NEAT, that should already be included in your daily activity when you set your account up. If not, just go back in and change it.0
