Add a tablespoon pesto to a 4-6 oz filet. Wrap in foil and bake for 20 min at 350. Easy clean up and great meal.

top a salad with it add to a quesadilla with cheese avocado and anything else you like add spicy vinagrette and eat with celery or on crackers

vanilla honey greek yogurt with the oatmeal stirred in ... add 2 Tbsp of wheat germ or flaxsseed for added fullness and flavor.
