I agree totally! Sometimes you may not lose weight but by following a healthy weight loss program you are continually bettering yourself in so many ways. Stick at it and you will see and feel the results. If I can do it so can anyone!! Good luck :flowerforyou:

No way are you nuts!! It's natural to miss your pet - s/he was a part of your life. I can totally understand how you must feel. Personally I try not too weigh too often, but do find myself sneaking on the scales daily at times! But I only ever log once a week or fortnight. I weigh every Monday morning and log that weight. Everyone is different and I'm sure you'll get lots of different ideas, you just have to go with what's best for you. Good luck…

I drink lots of water and cut out fizzy drinks. My skin isn't too bad but I do suffere from 'dry eyes' particularly in the mornings. Not sure if this is similar to your problem or not - but at least you know you're not the only one!! :blushing:

I'm always over on sugar - but it's mainly from fruit. I just ignore it and focus on the calories/fat/carbs. It's worked for me so far.:smile: S
