I use protein powder. I don't use it for shakes as much as I do for making desserts, such as protein balls, or protein cake, protein fudge, things of the like. Always breakfast. Original flavored oatmeal, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup sliced almonds, cinnamon, cocoa, agave nectar and blueberries. Such a pleasure to eat and less than 5 minutes to make.
