  • If you eat the same amount of calories everyday your body will ajust to that amount of calories to maintain your current weight, so you need to change it here and there. through in some high calorie days and it jump starts the body to go back to its old maintance routine.   • I would like to see if anyone has any idea, but mine is a bit more complicated I have had 2 c- sections so it will be even harder to get rid of.
  • Does it tell you you are in starvation mode when you put your calories and exercise in, it yells at me for not keeping calories above 1200 and after exercise you would be at 500 to a 1000 net calories?
