I am no expert first off. Have you tried changing your workout routine? Not just by burning more cal but by changing what you are doing. Not sure how much strength training you're doing, but maybe you are adding muscle (which weighs more than fat). I'm not sure how much more you are wanting to lose, but my your body is happy where its at. Also, are you taking your measurements? I know for me there were weeks when I lost inches, but the scale didn't actually move. Best of luck to you! You have already done an amazing job  :flowerforyou:

ok, couple questions. What is your sodium intake? Water intake? What types of exercise are you doing?

Does it tell you you are in starvation mode when you put your calories and exercise in, it yells at me for not keeping calories above 1200 and after exercise you would be at 500 to a 1000 net calories?

I try to pay attention to how I am feeling during the day, when I work out, and after I work out. I have lost a few pound, but have not seen any differences in my inches. I try to tell myself that my body is changing, just for right now it is on the inside and I can't see it.
It is not an easy thing to do, but it helps stop negative thinking. :)
  • I'm right there with you. No weight loss since before Christmas. Other than the 4 pounds I gained during the holidays.
I have reduced intake, increased activity... and nothing. My scales have stalled. My clothes are not fitting any different either.
My Zumba instructor told me that I need to change WHAT I was eating. Cut carbs to a minimum, increase my protien and water..... no processed foods and watch my sodium intake. Eat often and make sure that I eat enough calories. (which I know is part of my problem, It's hard for me to wrap my mind around that.) She offered several suggestions, another was to have a day or 2 a week where my calories were under 900, and a day or 2 that my calorie intake was over 2000. But to continue to exercise like normal.
I hope these suggestions help. I plan on trying her first suggestion starting this week. GOOD LUCK> I know it's frustrating, but you have came a long way and are doing great! Regardless of the scale, you are making healthy choices.

I went and looked at your food journal and you are really not eating enought. You are netting way under 1200 calories. You need to eat more. I don't know how long you have been doing this. You have lost a lot a weight, but you may have entered startvation mode.

You need to up your calories and water.
