They are not bad for you in my opinion. They are starchy but they are grown in the ground. What could possibly be bad about them

If it only wants you to eat soup twice a day then sure you'd lose tons of weight but not in a healthy way. It will put you in starvation mode and that's not good

I do not run because I just can't afford good running shoes ( I'm very flat footed and my ankles turn in so running hurts) Cnut no matter the size I don't think anyone judges the way a person looks when they are running. Ive seen people of all shapes and sizes out for a run and I just want to cheer them on when I see them!…

In YOUR house you have control over what foods are brought into YOUR house. Don't let him get you down. You have to take control over your eating habits and I know how hard it can be when you are tempted to eat all those high calorie foods. He really isn't helpin you and you need to help yourself. How you go about that is…

I'd choose the lower calorie one and enjoy the booze. Also, I've been making and eating my own personal pizza for the last three days! It's less then 200 calories and whoever says pizza is bad for you are crazy anyway!

I only have 3 now. One in each ear and my septum. I used to have a Monroe and my lip pierced.

Hmm everywhere I've been frozen fruit is always cheaper then fresh but you can freeze any fruit you want. Chop them up and but them in single serving freezer bags. Also add some veggies like spinach or cucumber for more nutriance!

It's probably from drinking too much. Not even the calories. Booze makes you bloat which causes extra weight. I can't say you are an alcoholic but when I drink I drink a lot! I drink a whole bottle of wine if I'm gonna drink!

If it's a texture thing throw some fruits and veggies into a blender and make smoothies! I love fruit but not very keen on veggies so to get my veggies in I make smoothies. Today I had a banana pineapple kiwi spinach and carrot smoothie. I also like to add in cucumbers, celery, zucchini and whatever else I can find in the…

If you are hungry eat those calories if you aren't then don't eat them.
-
If you are eating less then 1200 calories then you are in starvation mode. If you are getting those calories and the calculation changes after a workout I don't know. Just make sure you are getting the calories you need daily
-
I read about that a few month back. The article said you don't need anymore the 16-24 oz a day unless you are working out, doing manual labor, or if you are in the heat.
-
Im the same way! I need to have a glass of water by my bed too!
-
I can go days with only 2 cups of water but during the summer I drink about 9 glass if not more. It wasn't until 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter that I started drinking water. Doctor told me I had to stop drinking juice because I was gaining to much. Now it's all I drink

It's all about the money the companies are getting. People tend to think if they spend hundreds on a 'miracle product' then it must work. Those people are fools. Companies and even doctors will say anything to make a few bucks
-
I wouldn't do it. The only reason it works is because you are putting your body into starvation mode which will slow your metabolism and make it tougher to maintain a healthy weight. You will gain weight back easier and much faster. The HCG does nothing except make you even more moody and irritable

When I do Workout and atleast burn 300 calories I will eat something after the workout that's half the calories that I burned

http://m.cbsnews.com/storysynopsis.rbml?pageType=general&catid=57359222&feed_id=999&videofeed=999 There's the link about diet soda and weight gain
-
There's a study out there somewhere that says drinking diet soda more then twice a day can actually make you gain weight and is not good for dieting. I cut pop out of my diet 6 years ago. Not because I needed to but because the carbonation hurts me. Though on a rare occasion I will have a root beer.

I sure did! And I don't know about juicing veggies or fruit but good luck. I don't really like veggies and I found putting them in smoothies helps and it's delicious! With a bunch of fruit I add spinach, cucumbers, carrots, celery or anything I may have handy

I cut my butter use by half. To cook eggs I use a spray of cooking oil, add a little garlic paste to my veggies. If a meal calls for butter I only use half of what a recipe calls for. For toast I only cover half with butter, fold and eat. And for baking I will use half butter and half apple sauce. Sometimes I will buy…

Cheese and wine!
-
I will have to use that trick! I'm pretty much a cheese addict and I really need to eat less of it
-
I usually eat dinner at 5-6 pm and try to make it filling enough so I don't get hungry later. If I do though I will have something low in calories like a reduced fat string cheese or I just drink some water
-
you can do it! this is why i do all the grocery shopping! no healthy foods are going to find a home in my house! well, except for some not so healthy snacks and foods for my daughter, but she is learning to eat better! if unhealthy foods are in my house chances are i will break down and eat them! though, there is nothing…

For me, i was sick of looking in the mirror and not recognizing my body anymore. i just never lost my pregnancy weight. it's like this body isn't mine anymore. before pregnancy i weighed 140 and i loved my body. i wasn't stick skinny and i wasn't chubby, i was just perfect. i lived in hawaii and i loved wearing a bikini…

understandable! i don't trust my husband to cook unless it's pancakes or eggs! Your man better treat you like gold if you are making two meals for dinner!
-
my husband is only picky in one way...if a meal doesn't have meat he gets crabby! i told him during the summer when our veggie garden is ready to pick and eat that we are going meatless for a whole month because i want to see if we can do it and he says 'fine, then i either wont eat or i will go to a friends house for…

i have a rule in my house. YOU EAT WHAT I COOK! lol i guess i am kind of mean that way, but my hubby doesn't mind eating whatever i cook because he isn't all the picky (but if if i make something he doesn't like he eats it anyway but he knows he will go hungry if he doesn't). my advice is...if you are the cook in the house…
