Hey if after I workout everyday and put in my calories burned the system says I've only had 500-800 calories, am I in starvation mode? I am eating more than 3 times a day but my meals are always really low calorie. After I finish spin and whatever other exercise Ive done for the day my calories taken in seem minimal.

If you are eating less then 1200 calories then you are in starvation mode. If you are getting those calories and the calculation changes after a workout I don't know. Just make sure you are getting the calories you need daily0

Once in a while, being under your calories won't hurt. If it happens continually over a longer period of time, it's bad for you.
You're given a calorie goal for a reason. You need to eat more than 500-800 to get the proper nutrients.

Netting 500-800 calories is a sure path to eating disorder at worst and failure at best.0
