Don't have the strength so I did regular squats

105 done broke it down but I finished it all smiles.

Couldn't do those so I did 80 regular squats but still proud of myself

75 done did them in sets

Day 5 done two sets of 35 I'm so proud of myself

day three done didnt do prison squats but i did them 6 sets of 10 and my thighs hurt.

Just finish my second day of squats i did 5 sets of 10 and 1 set of 5 didnt think i would make it thank you God i did.

Try to make sure you are eating around the same time everyday,3meals and 2 snacks,cut out sweets and portion control hope this help.

I'm a day behind sorry but i did 5 sets of 10 had to hold on to something but I did it i feel it in my thighs.Still proud of myself cause I tried .:smooched: :smile:
