  • Open myfitnespal app, go to more in bottom right. Click it then click edit profile. 2nd thing down says edit profile pic. As long as you have one on your phone's camera roll so far, you can just pic an existing one. It should upload when u synch all changes.
  • How do you go about making the food diary public? I have looked through the settings and just couldn't figure it out.
  • Last 120 days, I have dropped 47 pounds. I tried last year, and lost from 271 down to 250. That took me almost a year. So far this year, I have dropped from 250 to 203 so far. Reaching for wayyyy more however. Congrats on your loss. It looks great. Nice tattoo as well.
  • This is very rewarding. I combine it with the iTreadmill app for my iPhone 3GS and keep total control on the fly. I also have an app called fast food, and that helps me make good choices if I am stuck and HAVE to go somewhere out to eat. Welcome, and watch the pounds fall...

  • I would say to maybe lower the calorie intake to around 1550. This should force your body to intake a bit less, and you should see a difference from it.
  • I agree...I eat the apples, which mine are 130 calories each, or I will have a half or third of a candy bar. I actually had 1/3 package of m&m's last night, which was 21 of them, and I had like 80 calories.
