Everyone seems so focused on the idea that the people are eating other people but I haven't seen any theories as to why there are no walkers around and they don't even need to lock the gates. Ideas?

Atkins bars - the ones that have 15 grams of protein. VERY filling. I do not follow Adkins, or only eat their food - but those bars are great!

You can't. Join me in giving up and just be happy with regular yogurt. I just get the extra protein from ground turkey or Atkins protrin bars, etc!!!!

I actually like the Atkns bars, even though I'm not doing Atkins. They taste good, and are very filling plus low carb and I do try for lower carb.

I used to do it too but I prefer to save my money AND watch all of the nutrient components of what I eat - carbs, sodium, sugar, protein etc. Plus with WW, I abused the system and used points for things I shouldn't eat every day. Just a suggestion: I've recently lowered my carbs to about 35% so leaves no room for spending 50+ carbs on candy or junk. But honestly, you've lost 50, does that last 4 really mean that much to you?
