I have 30DS BFBM and NMTZ and my favourite is definitely NMTZ. BFBM is great, but I hate cardio lol. I alternate the two others since I finished 30DS, and I ordered 6w6p today, hope it's as good as the others. I'd have no interest in the yoga meltdown one, my next will probably be shred it with weights. I ordered a JM book…

Aw you got me missashley, I'm 26. I was hoping someone would say I look 16! lol

Missashley884 19?

When my aunt was pregnant, her 4 year old daughter asked me if I had another baby in my belly too. Out of the mouths of babes....

I do it a little bit differently. Now and again (maybe once every 4-6 weeks) I take a few days off from calorie counting altogether. I eat when I'm hungry, and enough to satisfy my hunger.....and whatever I feel like eating. I find my appetite is a lot smaller than it used to be anyway. Taking these few days never results…

It's a bit like Americans using "cups" as a measurement in recipes. WTF is a cup? (I now know it's 8oz, or around 230ml but a 'cup' to me is something you drink from).

Oh and I CANNOT WAIT to lose 1 more lb, so I can be 9 stone something, instead of 10 stone. Not that this has anything to do with the conversation.
-
I agree it makes me sound lighter, I am 10 stone (or 140lbs). We use stones in Ireland too. If I see someone writing 100lbs I have to go "right, that's how many stone?". I can't think in lbs.

So because I'm a smoker I may as well go the whole hog and become a couch potato too? I don't understand your reasoning. I always have a cigarette after a workout. Not at the gym, but in my back garden (no smoking inside as I have children). Getting so out of breath that I feel dizzy and sick while doing intense cardio is…

I'd be flattered. But I wouldn't like him to seem to cocky, a little nervous would be endearing. Whoever said ask a general question and then come back....I like that. It's like you were genuinely just looking for the time or whatever but since this girl was SO amazing you had to go back and ask for her number. Love it. I…

I never had a problem with weight and never gave it a second thought until I had kids. I remember going shopping with friends as a teenager and not being able to find much that fit me as I was too thin. I had my first son at 19, piled on the lbs but lost them very easily afterwards...which I put down to my age and the fact…

My bag of granola with mixed berries is around €4, my bag of linseed is around €3, and my natural yoghurt is around €1.50. So that's 8.50/7 days (usually get more than this out of the linseed and granola) and it's just over €1 a day. I think your best bet is to eat breakfast at home more often.

Sorry, that IS really really bad advice. A net of 100-500 calories? That's almost an eating disorder. That's craziness! You're going to hit a wall soon and I hope when you do you read up on this a little you realise that you should be aiming to net around 1200 (minimum). Slow and steady wins this race, every time.

Thank you. I need me some heavier weights then

Can someone tell me what is classed as strength training? I do Jillian Michaels 'No More Trouble Zones' twice a week.....and I class this as strength although the weights I'm using are only 3lbs. Low weights, high repitition. Am I fooling myself? I hate hate hate cardio, but I do it to create a bigger deficit, around 4…

NMTZ is my personal favourite. I hate BFBM but I do it anyway, at least 3 times a week. Found 30DS got too easy after a while....and am about to order 6w6p.

I fluctuate by 5lbs. I record my weight once a week and weigh in the morning. Recently bought a new scales and was 5lbs up. Devastated. It was the afternoon when I weighed though, by the next morning I was 3lbs up....not quite as bad.

Thanks people, you cleared it up for me

I just add eggs, and a drop of milk. I don't add anything else to my scrambled eggs, so I'm not going to add anything else to my diary.

Don't count calories for a few days. I have been stuck for a couple of months now, I took last weekend off....and started back counting calories and working out this week. I've already lost a lb. 1lb to me is huge, because I don't have much left to lose. Worked for me. Helped with my mindset too.

Here in Ireland Aldi's meat is great, wouldnt' shop anywhere else. I love their fruit and veg. It can be hit and miss though, I've been to branches other than my local one and their fresh food wasn't as good. It used to have the reputation of being for 'poor' people, but since we're in a major recession here, all Irish…

Jealousy is a terrible thing. She wants to be as healthy as you are, but lacks the drive and motivation. Feel sorry for her. And I would have said exactly what you said. x

I've always had big boobs, for my frame. Now I'm down to a C cup, and it's not sitting very well with me. My big boobs are part of me!! I won't feel like 'me' without them. I have another 15lbs to go to goal so I'm just hoping they stay a C. I lose from my face and limbs first, then *kitten* and thighs, then boobs and…

Omg, I NEED one of those! I have two sons and no daughters so this pet would fulfill my need to do pigtails in my kid's hair.

The only advice I'd really have (and you're not going to like it!) is to go VERY easy on yourself for 6 weeks after you deliver. Don't plan on doing much exercise, and if you find you can't stick to a great diet during this time don't beat yourself up about it. You might not have TIME to eat. Breastfeed. Sleep when baby…

Imagine I did Gaeilge in school for 14 years and I don't know what Éirinn go Brách means. Does it mean lovely Ireland? The way the language it taught in our schools is a disgrace. Anyway, Póg mo thón, agus an bhfuil cead agam dul go dtí an leithreas? Bet any Irish speakers are laughing, and bet google translate gets that…

I'm from Dublin, live in Westmeath and tomorrow will bring the kids to the parade and then maybe back to the pub for our dinner (not a fan of drinking with kids in tow!). I bought hats, badges, t-shirts, face paints, flags, green hair spray and tri-colour hair clip ins today. I have a cool pink paddy's day cowboy hat :)…
