I always do as it them gives me the determination to loose what I have put on like the 3lb from last week being on holiday.

I'm sorry but I am all for doing it myself without taking drugs of any kind to loose weight. I watch what I eat and sweat my butt of exercising regularly and feel really pleased with myself seeing the scale go down, knowing its my own hard work that is resulting in this.

I have started to eat Oats so simple for breakfast as it was suggested to me to help feel full up for longer and I have to admit it does fill me up more and I don't attack my lunch now until lunchtime. So I feel that having these carbs for breakfast does help me not feel hungry and has stopped me snacking between meals.

All my Dr told me that when I saw him about loosing weight was to stick to 1400 - 1500 calories and not mentioned anything about Carbs, Protein or Fat. I have now tweeked my % on them and see what happens.

I know you said don't recommend a doctor but you really need to see one as any rectal bleeding is not normal. It could be a simple case of piles but you really should get it examined to be on the safe side.

I think its brillian as a working mum it is so easy to fit in the 20mins to do it. I am on day 3 of level 1 and don't I know I have been doing it, I have muscles aching that I forgot were there. It is hard going but worth it.
