Happy shock!

Since I reached my initial, major goal of 135 earlier this month (with a long term goal of 130), I've been eating for a half pound loss Monday through Friday, then playing it by ear on weekends. I don't binge, just eat normally, but Summer has way too many opportunities for fun to count potato chips and turn down margaritas.
And I've still been steadily losing a half pound a week.
This week, I was doing major "In-laws are coming to town this weekend and I don't want them to know I'm a slob" cleaning spree. Also known as "They're allergic to cats and we have seven so we gotta do something about the tumbleweeds of fur hiding in the corners" cleaning spree. Also known as "I hope they don't look under the dust-ruffles or in the closets" cleaning spree. I logged a bit of the cleaning as exercise on Monday, but not the rest of the week.
And this week, I lost TWO POUNDS!!! Holy crap! Maybe I should have been counting those cleaning calories burned.

I think it's ok to count the cleaning calories if you have your activity level set to sedentary. I, too, switched my loss to a half pound a week when I reached my 130 goal but it's because I'm scared to go into maintain because I gained and loss the same couple of pounds for SO long before I finally settled at 130. Seems to be working ok. I've only gone down as far as a pound and up only a half pound in the last couple of weeks. I do have a "cheat" day once a week, always have.0

I don't normally count normal cleaning, too hard to keep track of. You must have been doing some SERIOUS cleaning to lose two pounds though!!!0
